How many Pillows For Your Feet Soft Gel Cushions come in a package?

You get one pair of soft gel cushions in Pillows for Your Feet® Flats For Women, Pillows For Your Feet® For Stilettos, Pillows For Your Feet® For Men, Pillows For Your Feet® Golf For Men,  and Pillows For Your Feet® Golf For Women. You get one pair of soft gel cushions for flats and one pair of soft gel cushions for stilettos in Pillows For Your Feet® For Women.

Does one size of Pillows For Your Feet Soft Gel Cushions fit all?

Yes.

How do I use Pillows for Your Feet® (application & care)?

Apply Pillows For Your Feet to a clean dry foot. Do not apply lotions, powders or medications to skin when using gel pad. Position gel pad in ball of foot area comfortably. Clean Pillows For Your Feet soft gel pads with mild soap and cold water for reuse daily. That’s it!

How long does it take to get my order?

All items are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $19.99, anywhere in the U.S for orders including 1 to 9 items. For orders including 10 to 25 items the flat rate will be $29.99. This rate includes shipping & handling and applies to your entire order. For orders greater than 25 items per order please contact us directly to speak with a representative. We highly recommend adding more than one item to your cart before checking out to enjoy greater value and savings. We do not ship internationally. Local pickup is also available. Just select that as an option from the drop down menu when checking out. Also, you will not be charged until your order is shipped. Please note that we will get your order to you ASAP but it could be 2 weeks, rarely longer, depending on product availability.

What types of payment & credit cards do you accept?

Institute Beauté accepts all major credit cards.  Institute Beauté does not accept payment via check or electronic check.

What if I live in New York and want to pick up my order?

No problem. When checking out just select ‘Local Pick Up’ from the drop down menu under shipping options.

Can I get a refund or return my order?

No. All sales are final. No refunds. No returns.

What if I want to order a large quantity or place a bulk order of an Institute Beauté product?

Do you guys ship internationally?

No, not at this time but we are working on it.

How do I recover my password and/or change my password?

Am I able to purchase Pillows For Your Feet® as a gift for somebody?

You bet. Just enter the gift recipient’s shipping address into the shipping field and we will send it there.

Is your payment gateway and site secure?

Yes. Our checkout page (the page you enter all of your sensitive information) is protected and encrypted and we use Authorize.net to handle all transactions. To read more about it head on over to our ‘Privacy Policy‘ page to get the full scoop.

Do you store our sensitive billing information on your server?

No. All of that is sent to and handled by Authorize.net.

Where do I go if I am having a Technical Support issue?

I just placed my first order and entered the wrong shipping address and need to change it?

Please give us a call directly so that we can help make the adjustment. If you get to us quickly and the package has not gone out we will make the changes for you. However, if we have already sent it out we will give you your tracking number so that you can contact USPS directly. Our office number is – 212.535.0229.

I just placed my first order and decided that I should have used another card?

Once the order has been placed and payment sent it is out of our hands. To protect your credit card information and identity all of the sensitive information (like your card number) is sent to Authorize.net. To make an adjustment you will have to deal with them directly – here.
