NeuromaA neuroma develops when nerve tissue thickens, and is most commonly found at the base of the third and fourth toes. An untreated neuroma can eventually lead to permanent nerve damage.

If you have severe foot pain, numbness, or tingling, and often feel like you need to take off your shoe and rub the bottom of your foot, you may have a neuroma. Come in for an evaluation — neuromas are generally easy to treat.
